Mentee Experience

As a mentee, you get paired with an upperclassmen that can help you develop more as a chemical engineer, and point you in the right direction when times get tough.

Mentor Experience

As a mentor, you get the opportunity to help an underclassmen in ways you wish others would have helped you when you were in their shoes.
